India is set to take on Bangladesh in their fourth match of the ongoing ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023 on Thursday (October 19). India's match against Bangladesh, a team that has emerged victorious in three out of their last four encounters with the Men in Blue, is scheduled to be held at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. Notably, IND vs BAN ODI World Cup match marks Pune stadium's debut as a venue for the World Cup. India, who have triumphed in all three matches of the ODI World Cup 2023 thus far, is keen to put on another impressive performance on Thursday, aiming to outclass the Shakib Al Hasan-led Bangladesh side.

Prior to the crucial match against Bangladesh, the Indian players engaged in net sessions in Pune on both Tuesday and Wednesday to familiarise themselves with the local conditions.

In a video shared by the BCCI's official Instagram account, Indian captain Rohit Sharma, who has been the highest run-scorer for India in their recent ODI World Cup matches against Afghanistan and Pakistan, was seen showcasing his off-spin bowling skills during the net session with star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja as the batsman.
