PAK vs ENG 2nd Test: England will lock horns with Pakistan in the second Test of the series after handing a humiliating innings and 47 runs defeat to the Shan Masood-led side. Interestingly, the second Test will be played on the same pitch that the first PAK vs ENG match was played on, marking a rare occurrence in Test cricket.

Pakistan became the first team in the history of cricket to lose a test by an innings after scoring over 500 runs in the first innings of the match, And after their dismal show, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) dropped a bombshell by dropping veteran Pakistan players Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi, Sarfaraz Ahmed and Naseem Shah from the side for the second Test.

Kamran Ghulam will make his Test debut, replacing Babar Azam at number four. Spinners Noman Ali, Sajid Khan and Zahid Mehmood will also play the second Multan Test.

For England, Ben Stokes returns to captain the side in the 2nd Test after recovering from a hamstring injury, replacing Chris Woakes. Matthew Potts comes in for Gus Atkinson as part of England's bowling rotation.
