MS Dhoni Lets Fans Take A Peek Into His 42nd Birthday Celebration

Mahendra Singh Dhoni who is touted as one of the legendary skippers in world cricket, celebrates his 42nd birthday on Friday. Fans from across the world wished him on his special occasion. Social media was buzzing when Dhoni greeted his fans from the terrace of his home and everybody started speculating as to how the former India captain would celebrate his birthday.
In reply to that, Dhoni shared a glimpse of his birthday celebration where he was spotted cutting the cake alongside his pet dogs.
"Thanks a lot for all your warm wishes, a glimpse of what I did on my birthday," he wrote in an Instagram post. Earlier, on his birthday, after flooding social media with lots of wishes, Dhoni’s fans came together outside his house in Ranchi and the CSK skipper acknowledged his fans. waving towards them.

Talking about Dhoni’s career, he played 350 ODIs where he made 10,773 runs at an average of 50.57, including 10 centuries and 73 fifties for India. His best score of 183* in the 50-over format came against Sri Lanka in Jaipur which also happens to be the highest score by a wicket-keeper in the history of ODI cricket. He stands at the fifth position in the list of the highest scorers in ODIs with Sachin Tendulkar at the top as he scored 18,426 runs. Interestingly, he scored most of his ODI runs coming down the order, and that too with a wholesome average of 50.
Under his leadership, India won 110 games out of 200 ODI matches while they lost 74 with a winning percentage of 55. After CSK won the IPL 2023 title, there were a lot of questions as to whether Dhoni will play in the next year’s IPL or not. The Men in Yellow skipper stated that he will be back to play another season for his fans.
