Mohammad Rizwan Avoids Shaking Hands With Female Members Of Glenn McGrath's Family, Video Goes Viral

Mohammad Rizwan politely resorted to a different way of greeting but did not shake hands with female members of Glenn McGrath's family.

Pakistan's wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan opted not to shake hands with the female members of the former Australian bowler Glenn McGrath's family. While all his teammates were walking out to shake hands with them during the recently-concluded Pink Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) which the visitors lost to succumb to a 0-3 defeat in the series, Rizwan chose not to do the same without coming across as rude. Notably, the iconic pink Test is organised by the McGrath foundation to spread awareness about breast cancer as fans wear pink on the third day of the year's first Test at Sydney.

It was in this Test that Men in Green were greeting McGrath's family. However, Rizwan joined hands from a distance to greet the family members who too seemed to be reciprocating the gesture. This is not the first time Rizwan has maintained his distance from women. Earlier in his career, viral videos had shown the Pakistan stumper refusing to pose for a picture with a female fan.

Take a look at Rizwan avoiding shaking hands here:

Australia Clean Sweep Pakistan In Fitting Farewell To David Warner

Meanwhile, in a fitting farwell to David Warner, Australia completed a 3-0 clean sweep in his final Test series. Warner had already announced that he would be hanging up his Test boots after the conclusion of this series. While Pakistan scored 313 in the first innings, Australia managed 299. In the second innings though, Josh Hazlewood picked 4 for 16 and Nathan Lyon scalped 3/36 as Pakistan were bunlded out for 115, implying Australia needing 130 to win which they scored at the loss of 2 wickets with Warner scoring a half-century (57 off 75) in his final Test innings after getting out for 34 in the first innings of the Test.
