New Delhi: Team India will be locking horns against Australia in the three-match T20I series commencing on Tuesday. The Men in Blue will play their 1st T20I match against Australia at Mohali and the other two T20 games will be played at Nagpur and Hyderabad, respectively. Ind vs Aus T20 series is crucial for both teams ahead of the ICC Men's T20I World Cup 2022, slated to take place this year in the October-November window. 

Talking about India's playing XI, the biggest challenge for the team management is making a choice between Dinesh Karthik and Rishabh Pant. Veteran Dinesh Karthik is yet to show his finesse as a finisher ever since making his inspiring comeback. It will be interesting to see who gets picked between the two hard-hitting finishers for Ind vs Aus T20I on Tuesday. Also, the good news is that Jasprit Bumrah and Harshal Patel are fit again and are expected to make it into the playing XI.

On the contrary, all eyes will be on power-hitter Tim David who is making his way into the Australian squad after representing Singapore in 14 T20 internationals. 

Weather report: The match will start at 7.30 pm IST. The weather in Mohali is assumed to be around 25-27 degrees in the evening. Dew will play a crucial role in the game.
