IND vs ENG 3rd ODI highlights: A clinical all-round performance by Team India propelled them to a thumping 142-run win over England in the third ODI at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium on Wednesday (February 12). With this win, India completed a 3-0 series whitewash over England.

India have asserted their dominance over England once again, delivering a remarkable performance across all departments. England, yet again, faltered with the bat and ball, suffering another heavy defeat.

After being invited to bat first, Team India posted a mammoth total of 357 runs, getting bowled out on the final delivery of the innings. Shubman Gill starred with a brilliant century, while Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer contributed crucial half-centuries.

England's Adil Rashid was the standout bowler, picking up four wickets, while Mark Wood took two. Joe Root and Saqib Ahmed claimed a wicket each.

Kohli and Gill steady innings

India opened with Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, but Rohit departed early for just one run. Kohli then stabilized the innings alongside Gill, forming a century partnership for the second wicket. Kohli, however, was dismissed by Adil Rashid after scoring 52 off 55 balls, which included seven fours and a six.

Shubman Gill's brilliant century

Shubman Gill continued his fine form, building another century stand with Shreyas Iyer. He reached his seventh ODI hundred before getting dismissed for a well-made 112 off 102 balls, hitting 14 fours and three sixes.

Shreyas Iyer and middle order contributions

Shreyas Iyer played a solid knock of 78 off 64 balls, including eight fours and two sixes. Contributions from Hardik Pandya (17 off 9), Axar Patel (13), and KL Rahul (40 off 29) helped India maintain momentum. Washington Sundar and Harshit Rana added 13 runs each in the final overs, as India finished with a strong total of 357 runs.
