ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is set to begin on February 19, with Pakistan hosting the marquee ICC tournament in a hybrid model (neutral venue). India will play all their matches (group-stage games, semifinal and final) at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

India's performance in Dubai

India has played six ODI matches at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, winning five of them. Their most recent match here was against Bangladesh in 2018. Dubai's pitch often favors spin, a condition that suits Indian players well.

India has also faced Pakistan twice in Dubai, securing wins in both encounters.

When will BCCI announce India squad for ICC Champions Trophy 2025?

The Indian squad for ICC Champions Trophy 2025 has not been officially announced yet. Initially expected around January 12, the team announcement is now expected to occur between January 18 and 19, as per ICC regulations, which require teams to submit their final squad lists at least one month before ICC Champions Trophy 2025 tournament begins.

In the knockout rounds, if India advances to the semifinals, the match will be held in Dubai on March 4. Should India reach the final, it will be played at the same venue on March 9. If not, the final will take place at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
