Gambhir, Dhawan, Sehwag Express Grief On Arun Jaitley's Demise

Former India cricketers Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, VVS Laxman and India consistent opener Shikhar Dhawan took to Twitter to condole the sudden demise of former Union Minister Arun Jaitley

Former finance minister and BJP veteran Arun Jaitley died on Saturday at AIIMS , New Delhi. He was 66 years old. In a brief statement, the hospital said Jaitley died at 12.07 pm. Jaitley had undergone dialysis on Thursday. The 66-year-old former Union Minister was rushed to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on August 9 after he complained of breathlessness and restlessness. Jaitley breathed his last at AIIMS where he was admitted since August 9. But under his leadership at the DDCA, many players including me got a chance to represent India. He listened to needs of the players & was a problem solver. "It is with profound grief that we inform about the sad demise of Former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Member of Parliament (MP) at 12:07 p.m. on Saturday. Jaitley was admitted in AIIMS, New Delhi on Auguts 9 and was treated by a multi-disciplinary team of senior doctors", said Aarti Vij, Chairperson, Media and Protocol, AIIMS.
