The selectors have picked five proper batsmen: Steve Smith, David Warner, Travis Head, Alex Carey and Josh Inglis. Carey and Josh Inglis are the two wicket-keeper batters. The four all-rounders are Mitchell Marsh, Cameron Green, Marcus Stoinis and Glenn Maxwell. The two spinners are Ashton Agar and Adam Zampa.
