  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Piece Onion (small, finely chopped)
  • 2 Piece Garlic Clove (minced)
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Broth
  • 0.5 Cup Heavy Cream or Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Prepare Tomatoes: Use fresh tomatoes and blanch them in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Peel and chop them.
