  • 500 Gram Chicken
  • 1 Cup Thick Yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoon Fresh Cream
  • 2 Tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Mustard Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Salt

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare The Marinade: Take a bowl and combine yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, vinegar, ground coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix it well to make a paste.

Step 2

Marinate The Chicken: Cut the chicken into pieces and add it to the marinate paste. Coat the chicken well and let it marinate for about 2 hours.

Step 3

Cook The Chicken: Pour oil in a pan and cook the pieces for about 30 minutes. Let it turn golden brown and make sure that it's cooked properly.

Step 4

Serve: Garnish the chicken pieces with fresh cilantro and serve hot. It can be served with roti, naan, rice, chutney, or salad.
