- 3 Tablespoon Gram Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Rice Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Carom Seeds
- Salt
- Water
- Oil

Take a bowl and mix gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, and salt. Add water to it and make a smooth, medium-thick batter.
Slice the boiled Arbi into thin rounds or small pieces as desired.
Take a deep frying pan and heat oil in it. Test by dropping a small amount of batter. It should sizzle immediately.
