  • 250 Gram Arbi (boiled)
  • 3 Tablespoon Gram Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Rice Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Carom Seeds
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Take a bowl and mix gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, and salt. Add water to it and make a smooth, medium-thick batter.

Step 2

Slice the boiled Arbi into thin rounds or small pieces as desired.

Step 3

Take a deep frying pan and heat oil in it. Test by dropping a small amount of batter. It should sizzle immediately.

Step 4

Dip each Arbi slice into the batter, ensuring it is coated evenly.

Step 5

Carefully slide the coated slices into hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Step 6

Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Step 7
