It combines natural ingredients like honey, lemon, and various spices. Whether you're looking to relax or find some peace, this drink can be the perfect companion during the colder months.


Ingredients

  • 4 Cup Hot Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (fresh)
  • 2 Tablespoon Orange Juice (fresh)
  • 1 Piece Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Piece Star Anise
  • 2 Piece Clove
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 3 Piece Black Peppercorn

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Boil water in a kettle or saucepan.

Step 2

Add in cinnamon sticks, clove, black peppercorns, star anise, and ginger in it.

Step 3

Let everything come to a boil and allow the flavours to infuse for sometime.

Step 4

Pour in lemon juice and orange juice for extra flavour.

Step 5

Add in little honey to balance the sourness with sweetness. Mix everything well

Step 6

You can also add lemon and orange zest for an added fragrance and flavour.

Step 7

Serve this drink immediately and enjoy the warmth.
