- 500 Gram Chicken
- 2 Tablespoon Coconut or Sunflower Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 8 Piece Curry Leaves
- 2 Piece Onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 Piece Green Chillies
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1.5 Tablespoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Coriander
- Salt
- Lemon Juice
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it. Wait for the seeds to splutter.
Add in the curry leaves and saute sliced onions. Cook until its golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Cook it properly.
Add turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder. Mix all the spices well for about a minute.
Add the chicken pieces and salt to the pan. Coat the pieces properly with the masala.
Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Keep on stirring it occasionally.
Once the chicken is cooked properly and has become tender, add the freshly ground black pepper to it. Saute on high flame for about 5 minutes.
