Ingredients
- 1 Cup Arborio Rice
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Piece Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Piece Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 Cup Mushroom
- 4 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 4 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Parsley
Cooking Instructions
Take a large pan and heat olive oil along with butter in it. Them, add chopped onions and cook until they are soft. After that, add in garlic and cook until they are fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms and saute. Wait till they are golden brown and the moisture has evaporated.
Add in the Arborio rice and toast for a few minutes.
Gradually add the warm broth and keep on stirring continuously. Wait till the liquid is absorbed completely and then keep on repeating the step till the rice becomes creamy.
Add Parmesan cheese to the pan along with salt and pepper.
