  • 1 Cup Paneer (grated)
  • 2 Piece Potato (mashed, boiled)
  • 1 Piece Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Piece Green Chilli
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 2 Tablespoon Cornflour or Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Take a large bowl and mix the grated paneer with boiled, mashed potatoes.

Step 2

Add in the chopped onions, green chillies, ginger paste, coriander, and spices.

Step 3

Mix everything properly and add cornflour or breadcrumbs to bind it well.

Step 4

Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape them into cutlets.

Step 5

Coat each cutlet with breadcrumbs for a crispy texture.

Step 6

Take a pan and heat oil in it. Shallow fry the cutlets in batches till they are golden brown from the outside.

Step 7

Once done, remove the cutlets from the pan and place of paper towel to remove excess oil.
