This month we are honouring the real Girl Bosses of 21st century, women who have made a mark in the world and are working towards bringing a change in the society. Today on Ladies First we have a very special guest - Laxmi Agarwal, an acid attack survivor who fought against all the injustices that she had to face and today she is an inspiration for all the women across the world. She ran a campaign to ban the sale of acid and the campaign was awarded with Women Empowerment Award from the Ministry of Women and Child Development, the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation and UNICEF. A women of substance and epitome strength, to listen to her story, her views, her experience of meeting Michelle Obama and having the film Chapaak made on her life, tune into today's episode of Ladies First with Niharika Nanda and Laxmi Agarwal.
