Maharashtra politics is actually synonymous for controversy now and this controversy is carrying on for quite some time now ! As we all know, the political tussle between Eknath Shinde and Uddhav Thackeray is taking quite a turn as the Election Commission had passed an interim order on Saturday to freeze the bow and arrow symbol of Shiv Sena as both Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena and Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena are engaged in a tussle to get hold of the old party symbol. However on Monday, the Election Commission allotted the name Shiv Sena (Udhav Balasaheb Thackrey) to Udhav Thackrey's faction while The Chief Minister of Maharashtra Eknath Shinde's faction will be known as Balasahebanchi Shiv Sena. The election commission has also allotted new symbol to the Udhav Thackrey's Shiv Sena while Eknath Shinde's faction is still in the process of getting a new one.
