The tech capital of the country is currently witnessing one of its worst urban flood situations in recorded history. On top of that, there's going to be no respite for the city from this situation as Bengaluru is slated to receive heavy rain, thunderstorms and lightning till 9th September. But the question is why is the IT hub flooded and is this a man made calamity ? Explained.
