Lockdown 4.0: Delhi government has allowed only 1 passenger in an auto, 2 passengers in a car and 20 passengers in a bus allowed at a time. For 2 wheelers, no pillion rider can accompany them in Red Zones. Occupants inside a car or a two-wheeler rider can not be above 65 years or below 10 years.The Delhi Traffic Police has said that private vehicles will need e-passes issued by competent authorities to be able to pass.all drivers and passengers should wear a mask while venturing out to avoid any kind of penalty, as applicable based on guidelines in respective zones.(Image: ANI)

Customers must maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from each other. Home delivery of liquor is allowed, however no liquor shops will be open in Mumbai as there is a chance of violation of social distancing norms. Heavy movement of vehicles was seen at Delhi's Anand Vihar after Kejriwal led government allowed rickshaw pullers and autos to operate. The government has strictly said that the social distancing norms should be followed. The movement of vehicles is restricted from 7pm to 7am.  Movement in containment zones is strictly prohibited except for the essential services. Offices have also been allowed to open up with 50% staff and are advised to work from home wherever possible.
