PICTURES: Pakistan hosts grand dinner for Navjot Singh Sidhu in Lahore

Fawad Chaudhary said that the two countries will have to shun fighting with each other and try to chalk ways for peace through dialogue.

This is Sidhu’s second visit to the country within three months.

Sidhu said that the two countries can progress a lot if they foster a sense of brotherhood. He said that the opening of the Corridor will lead to opening of hearts of the two countries.

The guests from India who had come to Pakistan to attend the Kartarpur Corrdior’s ground-breaking ceremony were also invited to the dinner. Sidhu is made to stay in Lahore’s governor house.

At the directions of Pakistan PM Imran Khan, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhary also reached Lahore to host Sidhu.

In a profusely illuminated fort, Sidhu who is in Pakistan for the ground breaking ceremony of Kartarpur Sahab Corridor, was seated with the Chief Minister and Governor of Lahore Assembly.
