US President Biden Orders To Lower Flag At Half-Mast After California Shooting Kills 11

Eleven people were killed in a shooting incident in Monterey Park, California on January 23rd. The suspect died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in his van possibly to avoid getting arrested.
