In one photo, Ileana is seen with her partner Michael Dolan and their son Koa, all smiling for the camera. Ileana wore a printed blue dress, while Michael donned a white shirt and pants.

In the caption, Ileana wrote, "Where did the time go?? 😢 Just like that, my baby is 1 ❤️🧿✨," expressing her disbelief at how quickly the year had passed.

Ileana announced her pregnancy on Instagram in April 2023 and welcomed Koa on August 1 of the same year.

She introduced her son to her fans a few days later by sharing an adorable picture of the newborn sleeping.
