Firstly, to look after themselves. In the video, she said that women have a trait that they suppress their needs so that everyone is happy no matter if there is fever; women self-medicate but do not go to doctors because of time and money-saving. She said that women should look after themselves and not feel guilty.
Secondly, she said people start their day with meditation and reading newspapers and asked if women can keep themselves updated with the financial knowledge. She also advised women to read things about culture and literature, among others.’
Thirdly, Irani advised doing something that’s favourite in order to be mentally sharp. She further asked the women to do these three things, as they deserve a life that’s peaceful, purposeful, and gives joy.
