This path shown by Swami Vivekananda is an inspiration for India in post-Covid world. “If you have the jute bag from Bengal in the hands of every Indian, how can you not feel proud. There is a need to revive MSMSes and handhold them to ensure the revival of the industries," he added. He said clusters will be developed across the country, for instance in Bengal jute industry will be given all the support to develop a world-class industry. Other clusters such as the bamboo industry and organic products can be developed in the eastern region. States can look for development of clusters depending on their strength. It is time to take bold decisions and create a globally competitive domestic chain where industries have to handhold other stakeholders in the process. For instance, in Northeast organic framing can excel and products can create a market globally.  In his thrust to local and vocal,  he commended the development of such industries in the Northeast. The PM repeatedly stressed on the self-reliance and insisted that Indian economy needs to come out of 'command and control' and steered towards 'plug and play'. "This isn't the time for conservative approach. It's time for bold decisions & bold investments. It's time to prepare a globally competitive domestic supply chain," the PM added.
