Who Is Neeraj Bawana? Gangster Who Vowed To Avenge Sidhu Moose Wala Killing 'In Two Days'

A Delhi-based gangster Neeraj Bawana, who is now incarcerated in the national capital's high-security Tihar Jail, pledged to revenge the death of Sidhu Moose Wala in "two days."

New Delhi: After Punjabi singer and politician Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead, a Delhi-based criminal Neeraj Bawana, who is now incarcerated in the national capital's high-security Tihar Jail, pledged to revenge the singer's death in a social media post. Previously, on social media, Goldy Brar, a Canadian gangster associated to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, claimed responsibility for the murder.

According to a Facebook post yesterday by an account named Bawana, "Sidhu Moose Wala was heart, brother. Will give a result in two days."

The Neeraj Bawana gang had already denounced the gruesome assassination of Sidhu Moose Wala and pledged retaliation. The post names Neeraj Bawana, who is being held in Tihar Jail on murder and ransom charges, as well as his associates Tillu Tajpuriya and thug Davinder Bambiha. Bawana has colleagues throughout Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan.

Previously, Bhuppi Rana, a member of the Neeraj Bawana gang, criticised mobster Lawrence Bishnoi and his assistant Goldy Brar and remarked that the death of Moose Wala was tragic. The Bishnoi gang also falsely claimed that Moose Wala was involved in the deaths of Youth Akali Dal leader Vicky Middukhera and student leader Gurlal Bara.

"Sidhu Moose Wala played no role in these murders. We are making it clear, that every person who has helped in Moosewala's murder will be accounted for. His death will be avenged very soon. We will always support his family and friends," the post reads.

Moosewala was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Punjab's Mansa district on Sunday, a day after the state government revoked his security protection.

According to authorities, Moosewala's murder looked to be vengeance for the death of teenage Akali leader Vicky Middukhera last year.

Shaganpreet, Moosewala's manager, was implicated in the murder of Middukhera. Shaganpreet, on the other hand, had gone to Australia, according to authorities.

Sunny, Anil Lath, and Bholu, all Haryana residents, were detained by the Delhi Police special cell in connection with the murder of Vicky Middukhera, and Shaganpreet was also named as an accused in the FIR.
