Weather Updates: Heavy Rain May Occur In These States For Next 4 Days

New Delhi: Rainfall is likely to occur in many parts of the country, including Delhi-NCR. In many areas, people are facing a lot of difficulties due to heavy rains. Several areas are affected by waterlogging. The situation is forcing people to delay their daily outdoor activities and stay home.
Rain likely to occur in these states
According to IMD, heavy rain is likely to occur in central Maharashtra, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha region, Gujarat, eastern Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Odisha during the next 4 days.
According to the weather forecast, heavy rain is likely to occur today and tomorrow, i.e. Monday and Tuesday, in Odisha, Gujarat, central Maharashtra, Konkan and in several regions of Goa.
India Meteorological Department forecast
According to IMD, heavy rain may be observed across the country during the next 4 days. The department has predicted heavy rainfall in coastal areas of Karnataka in the next 4 days. Rain is also expected in coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on September 13 and over Kerala till September 15.
According to the MeT department, apart from Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh may also receive rain today. Rain is likely to be expected in the hilly states of Uttarakhand, some parts of Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, eastern parts of Gujarat, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands today.
