Watch: Man brutally beaten up by boss for skipping work in Madhya Pradesh
The owner of the pump along with his friend tied the victim to a pillar and brutally beat him. The accused also hurled abuses at the victim while hitting him.
New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a man was brutally beaten up by his owner for skipping work. The incident has been reported from Madhya Pradesh's Hoshangabad where a man working in a petrol pump was thrashed with a whip after he did not turn up for the work for few days without informing his boss. The owner of the pump along with his friend tied the victim to a pillar and brutally beat him. The accused also hurled abuses at the victim while hitting him. The owner also recorded the video of the beating of the young man on his mobile.

The victim who is identified as Ajay Ahirwar is a resident of village Raipur. He used to work at a petrol pump. According to him, he met an accident due which he did not go to work.
One night, a man named Chintu Sahu called Ajay at the petrol pump. Later, the accused Deepak Sahu and his accomplice Chintu tied the victim to the petrol pump machine and started thrashing him with a whip for about ten minutes. The victim somehow managed to escape from the two and went to his relatives in Pavarkheda village after which he registered a complaint against the accused in Thane.
On receiving the video, the police filed the case under the SC/ST Act against Chintu Sahu and Deepak Sahu. The cops have arrested the accused and investigation is underway.
