New Delhi:UP Cabinet minister Om Prakash Rajbhar stirred a fresh controversy as he made derogatory remarks at the Yadav community during his address in Ballia.
Rajbhar who was highly irked at the allotment of bungalow vacated by Mayawati to Shivpal yadav, said that he has been demanding a bungalow since March 2017 but instead of him, Shivpal Yadav was allotted the bungalow.
I had been asking for a government bungalow for office since March 2017 but don't know why they were afraid of granting me one...Yesterday, a decision was taken to allot the bungalow vacated by Mayawati to Shivpalji for his party," Rajbhar, news agency PTI quoted the cabinet minister for Department of Backward Classes Welfare as saying.
Using a derogatory term for the entire community, Rajbhar expressed his anger at the present state government.
He said he was being taken lightly but election results will only gauge whether ‘’Shivpal is mightier or Om Prakash”.
ANI quoted him as saying "The poor will take your notes, will eat your food but will not vote for you (BJP) if you do not perform. Do not forget the result of airana, Noorpur, Ohulpur and Gorakhpur."
In a surprise move, the state government Friday allotted the 6, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg bungalow, which was recently vacated by BSP supremo Mayawati after SC's directive, to Yadav. He also slammed the progress of Clean Ganga Mission and said despite allotment of 39,000 crore rupees, the river has not been cleaned an inch.Garib tumhara (BJP) note bhi lega, murga bhi khaayega par tumhe vote nahi dega agar tune kaam nahi kiya toh.
