Two men sneak away with BJP leader Vijay Jolly's laptop while he was having golgappas

New Delhi: Former legislator and BJP leader Vijay Jolly's has filed a complaint with the police after his camera and laptop were stolen from his car in Lado Sara are of the city. The belongings were stolen from his parked car on Wednesday evening by two unidentified persons. According to news agency IANS, the rear, right side windowpane of the car was broken by two persons riding a black Splendour bike that had no number plate. Jolly was travelling with a friend to Janak Puri for a function and parked the car to have gol gappas at Lado Sarai. “As I passed by Lado Sarai, I noticed a popular street food stall. I felt like having chaat and gol gappe. So I parked my car on the roadside,” he told newspaper Hindustan Times. The police are examining the CCTV footages around the area both from those installed on the roads leading to the crime scene and the nearby shops to identify the accused persons, said a police officer.
