'Tej Pratap and Tejashwi Yadav were beaten up for eve-teasing in 2008', alleges Sushil Modi
As per Sushil Modi, Yadav brothers were involved in eve-teasing and passing comments on girls in New Delhi in 2008 and were then allegedly beaten up by a group of people.
New Delhi: Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Modi has levelled graves charges on both Tej Pratap Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav, the sons of former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav, on Monday.
In a long social media post, Modi hit out at the Yadav brothers accusing them of eve-teasing and passing comments on girls in New Delhi in 2008 and then allegedly getting beaten up by a group of people.
Lashing out at Tejashwi Yadav who has been vocal in criticising the recent Muzaffarpur rape case, Modi wrote, "those once involved in eve-teasing, are today pretending as protectors of girls.”
As per Modi, the incident took place on New Year’s occasion in the year 2008 at three different places on the same day.
He writes: “ On January 1, 2008, both the sons of Lalu Prasad Yadav were attacked by unknown people for eve-teasing and commenting on girls in New Year party at three different locations - Ashoka Hotel, Connaught Place and Mehrauli farm house’.
“Both the brothers were injured and had to seek primary medical aid in hospital.
“At that moment the service revolver of the private guards of the brothers had gone missing. The nepotistic party has hailed both the brothers as the leaders after nine years of the incident, whisking aside the senior leaders”, he wrote further.
