SSC GD Constable 2018 recruitment: The notification of new date has been released on the official website - ssc.nic.in, ssconline.nic.in.

SSC GD Constable 2018 recruitment: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has postponed the date for the online application process for the recruitment of 54,953 posts of SSC GD Constable 2018. The new application date announced by the commission is from 24 July 2018 on the official site of SSC. The last date to apply for the same is has been extended to 24 August 2018. The notification of new date has been released on the official website - ssc.nic.in, ssconline.nic.in. The application date has been changed due to some major technical problem. The recruitment process is conducted to fill the vacant positions in paramilitary forces like ITBPF, BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB and Assam Rifles. Candidates who have made up their mind to apply for the same can fill the online application through a prescribed format online on or before the last date. More details are as follows: Name of the organisation: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Name of the post: GD Constable Name of the department: ITBPF, BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB and Assam Rifles Name of the exam: SSC GD Constable 2018 Number of posts: 54,953 Official website(s): ssc.nic.in, ssconline.nic.in Online application start date: July 24 Online application close date: August 24 till 5 pm SSC GD age limit: 18 - 23 years SSC GD constable salary: Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100 SSC GD constable eligibility: The candidates should be class 10 or SSC passed from a recognised Board SSC GD constable 2018 selection process: The applicants will have to pass the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The successful candidates will have to appear for the online written examination followed by medical examination.
