SSC GD Constable 2018 recruitment: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has postponed the date for the online application process for the recruitment of 54,953 posts of SSC GD Constable 2018. The new application date announced by the commission is from 24 July 2018 on the official site of SSC. The last date to apply for the same is has been extended to 24 August 2018. The notification of new date has been released on the official website - ssc.nic.in, ssconline.nic.in. The application date has been changed due to some major technical problem. The recruitment process is conducted to fill the vacant positions in paramilitary forces like ITBPF, BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB and Assam Rifles. Candidates who have made up their mind to apply for the same can fill the online application through a prescribed format online on or before the last date. The successful candidates will have to appear for the online written examination followed by medical examination.
