Probationary Officer (PO) is one of the most popular jobs among candidates who wish to make a career in the banking sector. The SBI conducts the recruitment exam for this post every year and thousands of candidates appear for the exam.
This year, the SBI PO Prelims Exam 2018 was conducted on July 1, 7 and 8 at various centres across the country. Candidates who wrote SBI Clerk Prelims examinations 2018 are advised to keep a check on the official website. Quoting experts, media reports said the SBI PO preliminary exam 2018 was a bit difficult compared to other years and the cut off may fall somewhere between 51 to 55 marks.
After qualifying SBI PO preliminary exam 2018, candidates will be asked to appear for in the SBI PO Main Exam, which will have a 200 marks objective a 50 marks descriptive test. The call letters for SBI PO Main exam will be available for download from July 20, 2018 on SBI's official website. And those who qualify Main exams will be called for Group Discussion and Interview on the basis of aggregate marks in SBI PO 2018 Main Exam. Later, the selected candidates will be designated as Probationary Officers.
