'Will Be Etched In Memories For Years...': PM Modi After Grand Ayodhya Ram Temple Opening
A day after the grand ceremony for the consecration of Ram Lalla's idol at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir, PM Modi tweeted and shared his thoughts on the event
A day after Prime Minister Modi led the grand consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla's idol at the newly constructed temple at Ayodhya amid a distinct gathering which saw the who's who from different walks of life, he took to X to share his thoughts and said, "What we saw in Ayodhya yesterday, 22nd January, will be etched in our memories for years to come."

On Monday, Prime Minister Modi along with RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat performed the rituals for the consecration of Ram Lalla's idol in the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. The temple has been made open for the public for Ram Lalla's darshan from today and saw a massive rush in the morning with devotees from across the nation coming into the holy town to offer prayers.
After the ceremony, PM Modi also broke his 11-day fast. He performed 'aarti' of the idol and offered 'dandvat pranam' to Ram Lalla. The idol was revealed in his presence to the world in his presence. The temple has been built in traditional Nagara style and is 380 feet long (east-west), 250 feet wide, and 161 feet tall. It is supported by 392 pillars and 44 doorways. The temple's pillars and walls have finely carved representations of Hindu deities, gods, and goddesses.
