Union Minister served notice in Rajasthan horse-trading case As the battle goes on, the Special Operation Group (SOG) on Monday issued notice to Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat in the case of alleged horse-trading of MLAs in Rajasthan, after a purported audio clip having his voice surfaced, following the phone-tapping incident.
