PM Modi To Chair Cabinet Meeting On Wednesday. Decision On MSP Of Wheat & Other Crops Likely

Central cabinet, headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will chair a meeting regarding the same on Wednesday morning.

New Delhi: Even as farmers from various states including Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh continue to protest against Centre's three contentious farm laws, it is being expected that Modi government is likely to announce minimum support price (MSP) on wheat and other crops.

According to reports, Central cabinet, headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will chair a meeting regarding the same on Wednesday morning.

Sources close to the development informed that the meeting will take place at PM Modi's official residence in New Delhi. 

The meeting might also bring some relief for telecom and textile sectors.
