One Indian Army Jawan Dies, Few In Critical Condition After Training In Extreme Weather Conditions
About 34 soldiers collapsed and were brought to Pathankot Military Hospital, out of which 9 are in critical condition and one lost his life.
New Delhi: An Army jawan died and while four others are in critical condition after a few of them collapsed due to heat and exhaustion during a training activity. The activity was organized in Pathankot, Punjab.

According to an Indian Express report, about 34 soldiers collapsed and were brought to Pathankot Military Hospital, out of which 9 are in critical condition and one lost his life.
The article further stated, that the endurance activity had been going on for 72 hrs and a 10-km endurance run with full load and weapon was undertaken around 9 am and the weather was very hot and humid.
