A video has surfaced on social media that shows a man with a cake near the Pakistan High Commission just two days after the terror attack in Kashmir's Pahalgam.
Journalists gheraoed the man and asked him what the cake was for, but he didn't reply. ABP Live could not verify the authenticity of the video.

The video shows reporters asking him, "What is the celebration for? What is the cake for?". He was also asked about the Pakistan High Commission's top diplomat, Saad Ahmad Warraich, being summoned by the Centre late last night.
Meanwhile, security forces have launched search operations in Poonch and Udhampur as part of security protocols following the killing of 26 tourists in Pahalgam on Monday.

India has summoned Pakistan's top diplomat in Delhi, Saad Ahmad Warraich, and handed over the formal Persona Non Grata note for its military diplomats.
The decision follows the dastardly terror attack on tourists in Kashmir's Pahalgam that claimed 26 lives. After returning from Saudi Arabia, PM Narendra Modi chaired a two-hour meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS). The meeting was attended by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar among others.
