'Seems Drunk, Should Undergo Drug Test': Kangana Ranaut's Controversial Remark On Rahul Gandhi
Reacting to Rahul Gandhi's 'chakravyuh' remark, the 'queen' actor said that the kind of arguments the former Congress President makes it seems that he is always drunk.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Kangana Ranaut on Tuesday took a swipe at Congress leader and Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi, saying that he enters the Lok Sabha either drunk or after taking drugs. Reacting to Gandhi's 'chakravyuh' remark, the 'queen' actor said that the kind of arguments the former Congress President makes it seems that he is always drunk.
Speaking to news agency ANI, the MP from Mandi said that Gandhi should be tested to check whether he consumes drugs considering the kind of “nonsense” things he says.
On Monday, Gandhi accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP of trapping India in a ‘chakravyuh’ (trap) of fear, symbolised by the Lotus, drawing reference from the Hindu epic Mahabharata. “Today a 21st century lotus-shaped chakravyuh is trapping India and is controlled by six figures: Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Adani, Ambani, Ajit Doval, and Mohan Bhagwat,” he said on X.
“Looking at the condition in which Rahul Gandhi reaches Parliament and the kind of arguments he makes, it seems that he is always drunk,” Ranaut told news agency ANI.

Parliament mein jo arguments sunte hain, lagta hai reality show audition chal raha hai.
Agar aise chala, toh poore parliament ka drug test karna padega!

She further stated that the Lok Sabha LoP should be tested to check whether he consumes drugs considering the kind of “nonsense” things he says. Speaking to reporters, Ranaut said, “I think he should be tested. Either he is drunk or he is under the influence of drugs”.
The actor also said that a prime minister in India is elected through a democratic process, and PM Modi has been “chosen by the people of India.”
“Are we going to elect the PM looking at their age and gender? He (Rahul) has always tried to hurt the Constitution. Tomorrow he will say that a PM will be elected based on skin colour. He does not respect the democratic processes. He was saying yesterday that we are Shivji’s baraat and this is a chakravyuh, and he was talking about the competition between the two. I think he should be tested for whether he consumes any drugs, the manner in which he arrives in Parliament, and the kind of nonsense things he says. I am a new Parliamentarian, and I was shocked to see how he behaves. Don’t you think a drug test should be conducted for such a person? I think it should happen because he attends the Parliament either under the influence of alcohol or drugs,” she added.
