Madhu Sudan responded to the allegations raised by the representative of Pakistan at the UN Munir Akram who claimed that India has been sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan.
He said that Pakistan has been internationally recognised as sponsor of terrorism and that Pakistan was traced as the origin of some of the horrific terror attacks globally. Madhu Sudan also said that the perpetrators of 2008 Mumbai Terror Attack were still enjoying patronage of Pakistan. “This is not the first time that the representative of Pakistan has misused platform provided by the UN to propagate false and malicious propaganda against my country and seeking in vain to divert the world's attention from the sad state of his country, where terrorists enjoy free pass and likes of ordinary people and especially those belonging to the minority are turned upside down," he said.
