Independence Day PM Modi Speech Live: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to deliver his speech at 7:30 am at the Red Fort after he hoists the flag.

PM Modi Speech Live: Independence Day is right around the corner and the main event of the day is the prime minister's early morning speech. This year marks the 75th anniversary of India's independence from the British. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be delivering his ninth consecutive speech on August 15, 2022.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will deliver his speech at 7:30 am from the Red Fort after he hoists the flag. The speech can be viewed live on Doordarshan and its network. All India Radio will broadcast the speech live on also host it on its YouTube channel.

PM Modi's I-day speech can also be live-streamed by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) YouTube channel as well as on its Twitter handle.

The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) will also air the national address and will provide live updates of the speech on the PMO's Twitter handle.

Ahead of Independence day 2022, the initiative "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" was introduced by the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of independence and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements.

The official journey of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav commenced on 12th March 2021 which started a 75-week countdown to our 75th anniversary of independence and will end post a year on 15th August 2023.

Meanwhile, tight security arrangements have been made in Delhi ahead of the Independence day celebrations. From heavy police deployment to using high-specification cameras, the Delhi Police is vigil ahead of 75 years of Independence.
