Yes, #JayaBachchan is right, the rapists deserves public punishment. Nothing less than public hanging. pic.twitter.com/YbJ25qT7ms

TMC MP Mimi Chakraborty on Jaya Bachchan's statement in Rajya Sabha "rapists should be lynched" after rape & murder of veterinarian: I agree with her. I don't think we need to take rapists to courts with protection and then wait for justice. Immediate punishment is needed. https://t.co/e4aMx2MJSs pic.twitter.com/Jzn9QYl5yI

These MPs are the problem! With lawmakers like #JayaBachchan , instead of improving the implementation of the law, asking for scientific investigations &special courts & fast trials she wants people to be lynched. Absolutely bizarre! This will actually make he law &order worse! https://t.co/7IPEMpChzp

#JayaBachchan is a member of parliament. A lawmaker, like a court judge should leave emotion and personal bias at home, and act according to law & constitution.
JB was out of line and irresponsible in supporting lynching. Exemplifies the quality of our lawmakers. — Shirley Serious (@_therealNobody) December 2, 2019
No! Nobody should be lynched in public! Criminals should b given STRICTEST punishment but DEATH of anybody should never be a SPECTACLE! Don’t turn public into cold blooded people. We are dealing with enough inhumanity. Utterly irresponsible #JayaBachchan https://t.co/2MdqELL3Ud

#jayabachchan in your position, you need to be more responsible and uphold the law. Calling for lynching means taking the law into your own hands. Also, please provide data to prove that lynching is a deterrent.

Those who lynch beef eaters, cow smugglers also have their own justifications for doing so. Many people have many things that they consider the most heinous. This sort of call for public lynching by a Member of Parliament is disgusting, condemnable & dangerous. #JayaBachchan

Earlier Hyderabad Police had issued a 16-point advisory for women safety, which had also caused an uproar on Twitter as it was only addressed to women. Those four rapists should be punished heavily & justice should be served soon but execution in public or lynching is not a proper way as this kind activities may give rise to public violence & is a spoiler for our country's image.#JayaBachchan
