Accused present at spot, reveals village head Operation Hathras also proves that the accused men who have claimed innocence were present at the scene of crime. It is to be noted that on Thursday, the family members of Luv Kush , one of accused men , denied his presence at the scene where the 19-year-old woman was found. Was the accused really somewhere else during that incident? The family’s statement, however turns out to be a into a weak alibi for Luv Kush as the statement of the village’s Pradhan runs counter to the statement of the family. As per the mother of Luv Kush, he was with her cutting fodder at the time of the incident. She said “ my son is innocent.I was with him busy with fodder works. He is being framed wrongly . I went to the spot, asked for water and gave it to the girl’s mother.” Meanwhile, accused Ram Kumar’s father had said: “My son was not in the village that day. He went for his duty at 7 o clock, accusations against him are false.” Father of Sandeep, the main accused in the case has said: “None of them were present at the spot. My child was with me.” In order to dig out the truth, amid these diverse claims, ABP News undercover reporters approached the Pradhan of Bulgadhi village. It is pertinent to note that the head of Bulgadhi village has come out emphatically in the support of the accused men. When, the undercover reporters started the discussion with him, village head Ram Kumar initially seemed reluctant, but on being prodded by the reporters he started revealing the details of the incident. When the reporters asked where was Luv Kush, the Pradhan said Luv Kush brought water and everybody has seen that. Watch full video:
