Farmer Protest: Farmers' Movement To Intensify As Parliament Session Nears

Farmer Protest: Farmers' agitation against farm laws in Haryana will strengthen. Therefore, some roads and paths will be blocked.

Farmer Protest: The ongoing farmers' movement against the three agricultural laws will intensify after Diwali. Farmers' organisations participating in the movement have now hinted at taking decisive steps. According to sources, Haryana's farmers' organisations protesting the laws may soon block the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.

An important meeting has been convened by farmers' organisations in Haryana on November 7. Haryana's farmer leader, Gurnam Singh Chaduni, has informed about the meeting. Gurman Singh Chaduni has admitted that he is now under pressure to make a big decision.

The Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM), which is leading the movement is also witnessing pressure from farmers. SKM has decided to convene a meeting at the Singhu border on November 9. SKM says, on the November 9 meeting, a strategy will be made to advance the movement.

It is being said that the developments are taking place as the protest is nearing a year of its commencement and still, there hasn't been any positive response from the government. As the parliament session approaches, the protests are expected to intensify.

Farmers' Organisations on target

After the violence in Lakhimpur, the leaders have been the target of farmers. Farmers are accusing these leaders of not being able to take tough decisions. Most farmers believe that they cannot sit and protest on borders for this long and a decisive decision should be taken on their demands.

The farmers' protest started on November 26 last year. Now the farmers' movement is about to complete one year. The parliament session is also set to begin on November 23. Farmers will now intensify their protest and try to put pressure on the government.
