After Tejashwi, now Lalu’s elder son in trouble; Tej Pratap's petrol pump shut down

Bihar: RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s family has been stung by ‘trouble bug’. Days after CBI raided various locations connected to Lalu and put his elder son Tejashwi Yadav into trouble by questioning him over ‘illegal’ fund transactions with regards to land allocation; now petrol pump owned by his younger son Tej Pratap was shut down on Thursday night. Bharat Petroleum took the major step after accusing him in a case related to ‘petrol pump allotment’. The action came after senior Bharatiya Janta Party leader Sushil Modi’s press conference, where he had accused Tejpratap of being wrong allocated the petrol pump. Bihar’s health Minister Tejpratap had earlier faced a shocker when his license was cancelled, but to break the ice; his petrol pump was made to shut down as well. As per Sushil Modi’s claims a company named ‘Lara automobiles’, which was named after Lalu and Rabri was allotted the petrol pump ‘illegally’. The officials of the oil company reached the petrol pump pump at 11pm on Thursday with a termination letter. Reasons for shutdown of petrol pump:
  1. The land on which te petrol pump was opened has been registered in the name of his younger brother Tejashwi Yadav. But, as per Bharat Petrleum rules, the land must be in the name of same person, who owns the land
  2. As per another rule of Bharat petroleum, a petrol pump can only be allocated to someone who is unemployed, whereas Tejpratap is a health minister in Bihar Government.
Lalu’s younger son Tejashwi is already in trouble. His post of deputy Chief Minister of Bihar is also hanging in a balance. Therefore, a fresh trouble has further mounted the problems of Yadav family.
