VOTE SHARE

At times it becomes clear that in a state, that where the war of voters would lie. For West Bengal, it will be between the incumbent Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee leading the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and the multi-faceted Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP). While BJP barely left any imprints in the last West Bengal Assembly Elections, it had a major hold during the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections giving a clear impression for the road ahead.

As per the ABP-C Voter Snap Poll, 42.1% of voters still believe in the TMC, which is a marginal dip of 2.8% from the 2016 Assembly Elections. BJP which had 10% of the vote share last time around is breathing heavily down the neck of ruling TMC as they are nearing 37.4% of Vote Share as per the latest snap poll conducted by ABP News and C-Voter.
