'Say Hi To George Soros': Elon Musk Hits Back At Protester During Townhall Speech

Elon Musk also mentioned the assassination attempts against Donald Trump during the campaign trail in 2024 and how "they almost succeeded".

Tesla CEO Elon Musk took a jibe at Soros Fund Management Chairman George Soros once again after a protester interrupted his speech at the Wisconsin Townhall on Sunday. He asked the individual to "give my regards to George and say 'hi' to him" after the former interrupted his speech.

"It was inevitable that at least a few Soros operatives would be in the audience. Give my regards to George. Say hi to George Soros for me," Musk said.

Musk was speaking about death threats he had received ever since he assumed the job of DOGE head and the two assassination attempts on US President Donald Trump during the campaign trail last year, when he was interrupted by a protester.

He immediately clapped back at the protester, asking the individual to "give my regards to George". His remarks were followed by chants of "USA, USA" from the crowd, which Musk seconded.

Musk On Death Threats And Trump's Assassination Bid

Musk went on to reiterate what he said during the first cabinet meeting with Donald Trump about getting "a lot of death threats" for the job he’s doing at DOGE.

Mentioning Trump's assassination bids during the campaign trail in 2024, Musk said, "they almost succeeded".

"There were quite a few death threats, I have to tell you. My security team said it’s actually gone down from 18,000 to 17,000. But you can see how crazy some of these people are—look at the two people who tried to assassinate President Trump; they both almost succeeded," Musk said.

Musk has previously criticised Soros for possessing "hatred of humanity" against Israel. He had made this remark while sharing a news report about Israeli UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan, wherein the latter had condemned Soros for donating $15 million to NGOs accused of backing Hamas.

"George Soros’ hatred of humanity includes Israel btw," Musk wrote in a post on X.
