Micromax launches Canvas Infinity with 18:9 full vision display: Price, specifications, availability and more

NEW DELHI: Micromax on Tuesday announced the launch of ‘Canvas Infinity’ in India, its first 18:9 display-screen smartphone that aims to create an impressive viewing experience. With an 18:9 display, Canvas Infinity is the only smartphone to offer this technology at this price point. We will be expanding the Infinity range in the coming months, offering an unmatched smartphone experience to our users," Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma said. The display is similar to Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ and LG G6 that has an aspect ratio of 18:9 for enhanced picture quality. The phone has a 16 MP front + 13 MP Rear camera setup. .It comes with Super Pixel which clicks multiple pictures at the same time and combines them to give user higher resolution and more details. 'Canvas Infinity' sports 5.7-inch screen and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset. The smartphone packs 3GB RAM under its hoos coupled with 32 GB internal memory which is expandable up to 128 GB. A 2900mAh battery powers the device. It also offers 4G Volte and comes with gesture and motion keys that simplify tasks such as music switching, snoozing alarm etc. Micromax is also offering a 24-hour service promise on the new Canvas Infinity, i.e. 24 hours repair or replacement promise.
