Firstly, take a pan and fry turmeric in a little amount of ghee. Doing so, all the active compounds of turmeric mix in ghee. Do it on a very low flame. Now turn off the gas and mix a pinch of pepper powder in the same pan.
If you want, you can also add a pinch of nutmeg powder and a pinch of cinnamon powder to make it more beneficial and delicious.
