1. Kuttu Ka Dosa

2. Kuttu Pancakes

3. Kuttu cutlet

Add 1 cup of handmade chenna, 3 tablespoons of buckwheat flour, black pepper, and sendha namak to taste along with 1 cup of mashed potatoes. coriander leaves and green chillies. In a nonstick skillet, fry them with ghee while flipping the edges of the flattened, smooth dough.

4. Kuttu-aata sheera

Kuttu aata is roasted in a pan until it attains a mild rusty flavour. After this desi ghee is added to it followed by 1.5 cups of hot water. The mixture is then stirred on a low flame. Then honey syrup is added to the mixture and mixed well. The sheera can be garnished with sliced almonds and chis seeds.
